FUNCTION

• Work in close cooperation with our recruitment specialist and define the sourcing strategy for the open position
• Prepare job advertisements
• Use all the available tools and resources to identify and pre-select quality candidates
• Conduct phone interviews
• Organize language checks
• Organize interviews
• Focus on a high level of stakeholder management
• Ensure that the level of recruitment vendor usage and hiring cost are below the set target

REQUIREMENTS

• College or University Degree
• English knowledge on a business level
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Previous relevant experience in talent sourcing
