INTRODUCTION
As an Operations Analyst, you will perform specific transactions related to End Customer Investment Fund (ECIF) activities. In addition, you will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of customer investment funds by analyzing and evaluating them.
Your role will also include supporting the end-to-end processing of client requests across all areas and subsidiaries across the globe.
FUNCTION
- Manage program operations, including creation, maintenance, and coordination across all programs
- Work with the Account Teams on each specific project and resolve cases by supporting tasks, creating Internal Orders (IOs), and receiving completed work scopes
- Focus on improving processing cycle times, deal velocity, key controls, and compliance for Strategic and Local Funding
- Process Post IO (Internal Orders)
- Manage all funding requests and track all activities through the support desk
- Assist in initiating onboarding requests, completing them, and answering any questions about supplier onboarding
- Be a member of the OneAsk Tools support team where requests are triaged and either resolved by the L1 Support Team or escalated to the L2 Support Team
- Respond to queries from customers and third parties
- Approval of open items such as Purchase Orders (PO), Proofs of Execution (POE), and invoices
Here are some additional responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the implementation of funding projects
- Track client requests from initiation to closure, ensuring all SLAs are met, and requests are addressed appropriately
- Support customers during the process of joining or integrating with ECIF
- Assist customers and internal teams with OneAsk tool issues and provide solutions
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: business process services, program creation, maintenance, forecasting, spend management, coordination of back-office support operations, invoice processing, creation and validation of IOs, POs, POEs, documentation reviews, and compliance reviews
- German and English for business purposes
- Strong business communication skills
- MS Office proficiency
